Adecco is currently hiring a full-time <strong> Warehouse Manager </strong> to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of goods. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for a driven professional with strong organizational and people management skills who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. You'll lead a team of warehouse and delivery staff, manage inventory control, and drive process improvements to maximize productivity and service excellence. <br><ul><li><strong>Pay Rate: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)</strong><br></li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Delta, BC<br></li><li><strong> Job type: </strong> Permanent | Full-time <br></li></ul><strong> Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li> Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping activities <br></li><li> Supervise and lead warehouse and delivery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management <br></li><li> Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and control procedures <br></li><li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and WSBC regulations <br></li><li> Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, picking/packing efficiency, inventory turnover, and shrinkage <br></li><li> Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and order desk teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment <br></li><li> Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-boosting solutions <br></li><li> Manage warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, scanners) and ensure proper maintenance <br></li><li> Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of continuous improvement <br></li><li> Prepare and maintain detailed reports on warehouse activities, shipping/receiving data, and productivity metrics <br></li></ul><strong> Qualifications: </strong><br><ul><li> 3-5+ years of proven experience as a <strong> Warehouse Manager </strong> or in a similar leadership role <br></li><li> Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS) <br></li><li> Experience with logistics software, barcode/RFID systems, and ERP platforms <br></li><li> Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills <br></li><li> Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations <br></li><li> Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines <br></li><li> Forklift certification (preferred or required, depending on site needs) <br></li><li> High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or business is an asset <br></li><li> Ability to lift up to 40 lbs <br></li><li> Comfortable standing, walking, and moving for extended periods <br></li><li> Able to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise, dust, etc.) <br></li><li>Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada <br></li></ul> Are you interested in this position?
