<strong> ServiceNow Developer </strong><br><br>Adecco is currently recruiting for a ServiceNow Developer for a 12-month Remote contract opportunity. The contract has a possibility of extension following the initial term. This role is with our Crown corporation client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Reliability level security clearance.<br><br><strong>The ServiceNow Developer will have the following responsibilities:</strong><br> <br><ul><li>Work with Facilities department and third party to create new portals, catalog forms<br></li><li>Develop APIs and connect with third party solutions for bi-directional communication<br></li><li>Work with internal teams to establish connections between ServiceNow and external solution.<br></li><li>Update documentation on integration<br></li><li>Perform other enhancements related to forms, catalogs, workflows in ServiceNow.<br></li><li>Establish a technical project plan with key milestones and providing status updates.<br></li><li>Create ServiceNow epics and stories<br></li><li>Document key technical decisions, issues, and enhancements through the entire development lifecycle<br></li><li>Report on development work progress<br></li><li>Work with the support team to ensure transition from development to operation<br></li><li>Provide guidance and expertise to various stakeholders throughout the life of the project<br></li><li>Communicate and collaborate with project team members and key stakeholders throughout the life of the project<br></li><li>Other related activities and deliverables as required<br></li></ul><br><strong>The ServiceNow Developer must meet the following mandatory requirements:</strong><br> <br><ul><li>University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field<br></li><li>A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer in ServiceNow implementations<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience with the ServiceNow portals, catalog forms and especially APIs<br></li><li>Demonstrated ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in relation to building systems and infrastructure<br></li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks<br></li><li>Demonstrated experience working and leading discussions with a broad set of stakeholders<br></li></ul><br>If you are interested in applying to our ServiceNow Developer opportunity, please submit your resume as soon as possible by clicking on the 'Apply with Adecco' button.<br> CAB7616 @@j<br><br></br><br>
