This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a rewarding career while making a positive impact on the environment.</p><p><strong>This is not a remote position.</strong> This role involves direct, in-person client engagement and requires a full-time commitment.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively engage with prospective clients in a designated territory to generate interest in our solar energy solutions.</li><li>Conduct educational presentations on the benefits of solar power, including cost savings and environmental impact.</li><li>Qualify leads and schedule appointments for a senior sales team member to close the deal.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.</li><li>Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Highly motivated and able to work independently.</li><li>A positive attitude and a resilient, goal-oriented mindset.</li><li>Comfortable with direct customer interaction in a field-based role.</li><li>A passion for sustainability and clean energy is a plus.</li><li>No prior sales experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Average First-Year Earnings:</strong> $17,000 as a part-time to 100,000 as full time + (uncapped).</li><li><strong>Performance-based compensation:</strong> This role offers a highly rewarding commission structure.
