Job Description
Adecco is currently recruiting for a <strong>Senior Project Administrator</strong> for a 1 year <strong>on-site</strong> contract opportunity. This role is with our public sector client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Secret Level clearance that will not expire during the contract and have full eligibility for the Controlled Goods Program.<br><br><strong>Work Location:</strong> East Ottawa<br><strong>Days of Work:</strong> Monday - Friday<br><strong>Hours of Work: </strong>8am - 4pm<br><br><strong>The Senior Project Administrator will have the following responsibilities:</strong> <br><ul><li>Maintaining and distributing project details (e.g., contact details, organization charts, and specification sheets)<br></li><li>Assisting in the development of plans and projects<br></li><li>Monitoring progress of plans and projects<br></li><li>Setting up and maintaining project management tools<br></li><li>Performing data entry and analysis<br></li><li>Drafting briefing notes, reports, and presentations<br></li><li>Assisting the project leader in finding solutions to critical issues<br></li><li>Preparing project orientation information<br></li><li>Coordinating training activities for the project team<br></li><li>Developing plans and projects<br></li><li>Providing administrative expertise in the management of projects, including strategic planning and analysis<br></li><li>Performing project evaluation<br></li><li>Conducting research and analysis to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget<br></li><li>Assisting in the negotiating project details (e.g. contact details, organization charts and contractual details)<br></li><li>Preparing briefing notes, reports and presentations.<br></li><li>Providing recommendations to management in support of projects<br></li></ul><br><strong>The Senior Project Administrator must have the following:</strong> <br><ul><li>Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience<br></li><li>A good understanding of federal government procedures and policies including financial management<br></li><li>At least 5 years experience in a similar role performing similar tasks<br></li><li>Ability to read, write and communicate in English effectively<br></li><li>Strong computer skills<br></li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills<br></li></ul><br>If you are interested in applying to our <strong>Senior Project Administrator</strong> opportunity, please submit your resume as soon as possible by clicking on the 'Apply with Adecco' button.<br>CAB7616<br>@@j <br> <br></br><br>Create Your Resume First
