Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our townhome community. The ideal candidate will possess a CMRAO General License and have a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage Resident relations, ensure property maintenance, and have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Condominium Manager. This position will require three days on site and two days at head office.

Duties

  • Manage all aspects of property operations, maintenance, and Resident relations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate records of Resident interactions, contracts, and financial transactions.
  • Address Resident concerns promptly through effective conflict management and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
  • Attend meetings with the Board of Directors Monthly or as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property management and administration.
  • Strong understanding of the Condo Act.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage contracts effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong phone etiquette and administrative experience are essential.
