We invite applications for a Visual Arts Program Coordinator with the St. Andrew's College Summer Camp. The camp runs from June 29th, 2026, and ends August 14th, 2026, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. Training and preparation will begin on a part-time basis May 28th, 2026.
The Visual Arts Program Coordinator will be responsible for developing dynamic and engaging weekly arts programming for campers aged 7-14. As a member of Senior Staff, the Visual Arts Program Coordinator will provide training and mentorship to camp staff prior to, and during the camp season. Collaboration with staff members is a requirement.
The main responsibilities include:
路 Develop and execute dynamic, relevant, and engaging arts programming for campers
路 Purchase, inventory, and maintain visual arts supplies
路 Collaborate effectively with other staff members for program success
路 Develop and facilitate training for camp staff
路 Manage, lead, and provide feedback to counselling staff throughout the summer
Success Profile:
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of a wide range of artistic tools, techniques, and mediums, including but not limited to printmaking, painting, drawing, and sculpting. Prior experience delivering arts programming for children and youth is preferred.
Compensation: The hourly wage range for this role is $21.01 to $23.64.
