<p><b>Position:</b> Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst (L2 Technical Support)</p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote (GTA preferred; occasional Brampton office visits for team building — not mandatory)</p><p><b>Contract Length:</b> 12 months</p><p><b>Shift rotation</b>: 4 Days On (same shift), 4 days off. Days/noons/nights.</p><p>Shift rotations : 8am-6pm (Morning) > 12pm-10pm (Afternoon) >10pm-8am (Evening) > Start Again.</p><p><b>Pay Rate: </b>$37/hour T4</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We’re looking for a L1/L2 Technical Support Analyst to join our 24×7 operations team. You’ll monitor infrastructure, handle incident triage, and provide L1/L2 technical support, working across virtualization, networking, and server administration. No need to be a deep technical expert — you’ll have a specialized team for escalations. This role offers a unique rotating shift schedule, allowing extended breaks between shifts.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Must-Have Qualifications:</b></p><p>• 2+ years in a data centre or managed IT services environment</p><p>• Experience with virtualization (some VMware preferred</p><p>• Basic server administration skills</p><p>• Strong communication skills and ability to adhere to SLAs</p><p>• Experienced in networking fundamentals: How ARP works, basic routing, NAT, etc. Networking and switching concepts covered in the CCNA course. </p><p><br></p><p><b>Nice-to-Have Qualifications:</b></p><p>• French language skills (not a must have)</p><p>• Experience working in a 24/7 environment</p>Browse Jobs in Canada by City
