We are seeking a Senior Recruiter / Recruiting Operations Lead to join our team!Â
The Role
We’re hiring a senior-level recruiter to build and run our recruiting department from the ground up.
You will:
• Own hiring end-to-end
• Build SOPs from scratch
• Move fast
• Execute without hand-holding
⸻ What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → interviews → offers)
• Building clear, documented SOPs for recruiting
• Owning all job boards, pipelines, and workflows
• Proactively sourcing (not waiting for applicants)
• Hiring for roles across: • Operations • Customer support • Dental lab / technical roles • Admin and support roles
• Setting up systems so recruiting scales with the company
• Flagging problems early and fixing them without being asked
⸻ What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable):
• Senior-level recruiting experience
• You’ve built recruiting systems, not just used them
• You don’t need step-by-step instructions
• You execute fast and follow through
• You’re organized, direct, and accountable
• You don’t need constant check-ins to perform
• Willingness to work weekends
