Paid Media Specialist
Seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize a portfolio of client ad accounts. This role focuses on executing high-performing paid media campaigns, driving measurable results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
What Youll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Display, PMAX, and Meta Ads.
- Monitor daily performance, manage bids, keywords, and audiences to maximize ROI.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions.
- Ensure accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage tasks in Wrike, keep projects on track, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Maintain brand consistency and support ongoing process improvements.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
(Pinterest, LinkedIn, or Reddit Ads experience is a plus) - Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in an agency setting
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
