Are you a Senior Property Manager looking for the next step in your career?  Are you excited to have a career track to Director and eventually VP? Are you passionate about managing ICI portfolio of properties, with a focus on retail throughout the GTA, and nationally? Then read on..

As the Senior Property Manager, you will work closely with the VP, Commercial Real Estate, and the executive team. This is a role that has been developed out of growth as the firm continue to invest in new property and grow a stable tenant base.

You will build strong working relationships with top tier commercial /retail tenants; oversee the financial and contractual obligations ensuring deliverables are met. With a focus on continued ROI, you will regularly visit sites and create action plans to improve the portfolio of properties. You will be solutions focused, responding and resolving any issues that arise with the tenants or properties. Ultimately, you will ensure the smooth operations and continued financial growth of the portfolio.
