Senior Investment Counsellor
 to join their expanding Institutional Investment Team in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with institutional clients, includingÂ
pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, and investment consultants
 across Ontario and Manitoba - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, implementing targeted growth strategies to strengthen the firm's institutional presence
- Act as a trusted advisor—reviewingÂ
asset allocation, investment policy
, and communicating the firm's market outlook and portfolio positioning - Collaborate withÂ
portfolio management, client service, and compliance teams
 to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience - Represent the firm atÂ
industry events, conferences, and client meetings
 to enhance visibility and credibility - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities inÂ
CRM systems
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years
 of experience in institutional investment management, investment banking, consulting, or a related field - Proven ability toÂ
build and maintain long-term institutional client relationships - Strong understanding ofÂ
financial markets, portfolio construction, and institutional investor needs - CFA charterholder and/or CIM designation
 (must meet OSC/AMF registration requirements) - University degree inÂ
Finance, Economics, or related discipline
 (MBA/MS an asset) - ExcellentÂ
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Self-starter with high integrity, professionalism, and strongÂ
business development acumen
