Salary Range: 110k-130k

Your Responsibilities
- Handling liability claims that have various levels of complexity
- Assessing claims for accuracy, coverage and compliance with the policies
- Investigating and gathering the necessary information to evaluate claims
- Communicating with policy holders, brokers and other involved parties
- Documenting all activities and decisions promptly and accurately
- Collaborating with other team members and other departments
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally.
- Other duties as assigned
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent <>10+years of working experience handling medium and large sized claims in the liability line of business
- Knowledge and capabilities handling multi-line claims is an asset
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of claims and prioritize tasks effectively
- Superior attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
