You'll manage day-to-day accounting, lead month-end close, and support financial planning and analysis that drives better business decisions.</p><p>You'll work closely with leadership to translate financial insights into action, help refine our systems and reporting, and implement smarter ways to manage cash flow, margins, and performance as we grow.</p> <strong>What You'll Do</strong><ul><li>Own the full accounting cycle, managing journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close with precision and speed</li><li>Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing clear and actionable insights to leadership and department heads</li><li>Lead reporting and forecasting support, assisting in budget planning, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis</li><li>Streamline processes by identifying inefficiencies in current workflows and implementing automation or system improvements</li><li>Manage financial compliance by ensuring accuracy in tax filings, payroll reporting, and adherence to IFRS/ASPE standards</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across marketing, operations, and events to track and optimize spend</li><li>Support audits and financial reviews by preparing working papers, documentation, and reconciliations for internal and external review</li><li>Contribute to growth initiatives by bringing a financial lens to strategic discussions and helping to evaluate new projects and investments</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
