Here's the process:</p><ol><li><strong>1-min intro video</strong> (Loom, Vidyard, or Google Drive – share your link below)</li><li><strong>Application review</strong></li><li><strong>15-minute intro call</strong></li><li><strong>Strengths assessment</strong> – how you learn and do</li><li><strong>Interview with leadership</strong> – values and culture fit</li><li><strong>Paid test project</strong> – work with us, like you're already on the team</li><li><strong>Final call</strong></li><li><strong>Offer</strong> – if we're both excited, we move fast</li></ol> About the Role<p>As <strong>Content & Production Manager</strong>, you'll drive the storytelling engine of The Pink Skirt Project. <em><strong>95% of your focus will be on ideation, scripting, reporting, and analytics.</strong></em> The other 5% will be collaborating with our media team during shoots and productions to ensure our message lands with impact.</p><p>You'll own the content calendar, align growth targets with content strategy, and use data to constantly refine and elevate our storytelling.</p> What You'll Do<p><strong>Content Strategy & Creation</strong></p><ul><li>Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content</li><li>Ensure every piece of content aligns with growth and engagement goals</li><li>Write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impact</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting & Analytics</strong></p><ul><li>Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns</li><li>Use insights to refine content direction weekly</li><li>Report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROI</li></ul><p><strong>Production & Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Support during shoots (with our media team owning production)</li><li>Ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects</li><li>Collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaigns</li></ul><p><strong>Optimization & Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Test and experiment with formats, messaging, and platforms</li><li>Identify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversion</li><li>Align content strategy with long-term follower and community growth</li></ul>Create Your Resume First
