Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager – IT Managed Services located in Winnipeg, MB. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable IT solutions, while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management and Lead Generation skills
- Strong understanding of managed services, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or MSP environments.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
