Poses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced sales culture, providing excellent Customer Service and "above and beyond" experiences to all guests.<br><ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, assessing their needs, and offering knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.</li><li>Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges through the POS system in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Maintain merchandising and inventory standards by restocking products, organizing displays, monitoring stock levels, and supporting inventory control processes.</li><li>Accurately perform daily cash-out procedures as assigned.</li><li>Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk areas, to uphold a safe and inviting environment.</li></ul><br><b>WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?</b><br><ul><li>Past retail experience is not required, but considered an asset.</li><li>Indoor working environment, can be noisy at times when really busy.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays.</li></ul><br><b>AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE</b><br><br><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b><br><br>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario's largest mountain resort.
