*Job Overview*We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. *Duties*
* Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and other modalities.
* Assess client concerns and develop customized treatment plans to address specific issues or preferences.
* Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
* Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress, and preferences for future reference.
* Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
* Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.
*Experience*
* Prior experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required;
training will be provided for qualified candidates.
* Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for understanding client conditions and treatment planning.
* Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their needs.
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their experience.
