Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Analyzes the administrative issues in order to provide help to the employee
- Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business
- Review projects and programs
- Hire, train, direct and motivate staff
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments
- Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
- Provide customer service

Support for newcomers and refugees
- Recruits newcomers and / or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example : Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
- Supports newcomers and / or refugees with foreign credential recognition
Support for mature workers
- Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers
Supports for visible minorities
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example : anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
