The role provides technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal teams on water treatment products. The role bridges technical support, product design feedback, quality control, and manufacturing.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors, and internal teams regarding product selection, operation, installation, and troubleshooting</li><li>Provide assistance and support to engineering and Product Development team</li><li>Collaborate with the design/R&D team to provide feedback from customer issues and field performance.</li><li>Assist in developing prototypes, testing new designs, and evaluating product performance.</li><li>Support CAD drawings, technical specifications, and product documentation as required.</li><li>Contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding assembly procedures and troubleshooting.</li><li>Stay up to date on industry standards, new products, and new technologies.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>3-year Diploma or 4-year technical degree</li><li>Completed course in water treatment such as CWQA or equivalent</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft XL</li><li>Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and feedback.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.</li><li>If you're passionate about providing outstanding support and want to be part of a company that values innovation and quality, we invite you to apply today</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: From $60,000.00 per year</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>RRSP match</li><li>Vision care</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
