<p>17 Basketball Club offers basketball training sessions in North York, Scarborough, Aurora, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Vaughan. Committed to providing skill development, house league, clinics, and rep team basketball training for children and teenagers aged 4-15.</p><p>Candidates are required to ensure the following:</p><p>Requirements for Rep Coach</p><ul><li>Candidate must take full responsibility for the team, attending all practices and games punctually.</li><li>Candidates are expected to analyze the growth of each player and develop reasonable training plans accordingly, fostering individual improvement.</li><li>Candidate should devise tactical strategies tailored to the team's strengths and weaknesses, maximizing performance on the court.</li><li>Candidate must conduct thorough analysis of opponents, devising targeted game plans to counter their tactics effectively.</li><li>Candidate are tasked with identifying and nurturing potential players, ensuring a pipeline of talent for the team's future success.</li><li>Candidate must have sufficient time and commitment to lead team, ensuring adequate attention and support for each squad.</li><li>Candidate must have previous local rep teach coaching experience.</li></ul><p>Hours For this position:20-25 hours/Week</p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>local Rep Team Coaching: 2 years (required)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
