<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>AFIMAC Canada is actively hiring experienced Press Operators and Die Setters for an upcoming assignment in Central Ontario. This position will require you to work 12 hour shifts, 5 days per week when assigned to a project.</p><p>The project is at a set location in Central Ontario.</p><p>You will earn:</p><ul><li>$35 per hour before overtime</li><li>$30 per day non-taxed meal allowance (when lodging is required)</li><li>Paid Travel (up to 4 hours)</li><li>Hotel Accommodations Provided (when required)</li></ul><p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Ability to operate various Presses</li><li>Ability to perform quality checks using SPC process</li><li>Ability to load coils and feed presses</li><li>Housekeeping duties as required for a safe work environment</li><li>Familiarity with Automotive environment</li></ul><p>Skills & Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Press Operator Experience (1 year preferred)</li><li>Press set up course (preferred)</li><li>SPC training</li><li>Lock out tag out training</li><li>Overhead crane operator certificiate (preferred)</li><li>Minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Physically able to bend, lift, stand and reach</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li><li>Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision as well as part of a team</li><li>Basic computer skills</li><li>Fluent command of the English language (both written and verbal)</li></ul><p>AFIMAC is a global risk management and elite security company.
