Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patient mobility and overall well-being. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment, providing essential rehabilitative services across diverse patient populations, including pediatric and acute care cases. The Physiotherapist will collaborate closely with medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care and support recovery goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, health maintenance, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment following health and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid license or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist in the respective region.
  • Prior hospital experience is preferred, especially in acute care settings.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
