We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, patient‑centred Periodontist to join Dundurn Dental Specialty, our new specialty and advanced therapy clinic in Hamilton, Ontario, and a proud part of Passion Dental Group.

This role will support advanced periodontal and implant services within a collaborative, specialist‑led environment.

Specifics about the role:

As a newly launched specialty clinic, most roles will begin on a part‑time basis during regular business hours. As patient demand and services expand, there is strong opportunity for additional shifts and potential transition to full‑time. We’re looking for specialists who are excited to grow alongside the clinic and become a long‑term, trusted presence within both ourോട and the broader community.

Commission‑based independent contractor opportunity. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role.

About the Clinic:

Dundurn Dental Specialty is a purpose‑built, multidisciplinary centre offering centralized diagnostics, advanced surgical suites, and a strong referral network. The clinic is designed to support complex periodontal and implant‑based care.

What you’ll do:

• Diagnose and treat periodontal disease using surgical and non‑surgical approaches


• Perform periodontal surgeries, regenerative procedures, and implant placements


• Collaborate with restorative dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons on interdisciplinary cases


• Educate patients on periodontal health, disease prevention, and long‑term maintenance


• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and treatment plans


• Support referring providers with clear communication and follow‑up

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Specialist certification in Periodontics

• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills


• Interest in interdisciplinary.if collaboration and long‑term patient care


• Excellent communication and case presentation abilities
