As a customer-focused technical product expert, the successful candidate will complete 100 or more shipments per day by coordinating the processing and loading of orders. We are looking for a career-minded individual who is open to working hard and has great attention to detail.</p><p>Job Duties include, but are not limited to:</p><p> </p><p>•            Assisting customers with finding parts for equipment, with professional customer service.</p><p>•            Picking customer orders in the stockroom of over 25,000 industrial equipment parts</p><p>•            Packing and shipping customer orders (domestic and international)</p><p>•            Process and complete shipping for packages daily</p><p>•            Manage inventory and cycle count</p><p>•            Disassemble the weekly parts crate from the USA.</p><p>•            Organize, ship, and receive equipment</p><p>•            Supply workshop with parts for customer machines for assembly and modifications</p><p>•            Continue to streamline work order procedures to be more effective in keeping up with demand</p><p>•            Help clean and tidy the stockroom and warehouse</p><p>•            Assist other teams with tasks as needed</p><p>•            Must be willing to work some overtime</p><p>•            Assist with some light IT issues</p><p> </p><p>Minimum Requirements:</p><p> </p><p>•            One year of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience, including experience with RF Scanners, experience using any ERP software is a plus (Prelude is preferred);</p><p>•            Domestic and international shipping experience.</p><p>•            Equipment experience with sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.</p><p>•            Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.</p><p>•            High School Diploma will be required for this role.</p><p>•            Initiative, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision making, persistence, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, concern for others, teamwork</p><p>•            Ability to stand on your feet all day and lift 70lbs regularly.</p><p>•            Good communication and computer skills. Bilingual English/French skills are a plus, but not necessary for this role.</p><p><br /></p></p></p>
