<p>The Joint Cannabis in Saskatoon, SK is looking for new Shift Supervisors to join our team</p><p>We have Shift Supervisor Positions at all 4 Saskatoon Locations:</p><ul><li>1216 Idylwyld Dr N</li><li>622 Circle Dr E</li><li>3030 Meadows Pkwy</li><li>1244 Baltzan Blvd</li></ul><p>We are looking for dedicated team members to be responsible for the following (but not limited to):</p><ul><li>Opening the store</li><li>Closing the store</li><li>Cash Handling procedures</li><li>Motivating and directing the team of Sales Associates</li><li>Planning and oversight on tasks</li><li>Upholding team to company standards</li><li>Upholding and ensuring an understanding to all company policies</li><li>Upkeeping store cleanliness and organization</li><li>Processing orders</li><li>Maintaining accurate inventory numbers</li><li>Assisting in E-Commerce operations</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Prior retail experience is a must</li><li>Prior supervisory experience in retail environment preferred</li><li>Ability to delegate and take ownership</li><li>Ability to lead a team</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li>Strong time management and prioritizing skills</li><li>Must be 19+</li><li>Current & Valid Canna Sell Cannabis certification</li><li>Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check</li><li>Must be available for at least 2 locations</li></ul><p><em>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including being able to work closing shifts and weekend shifts.</em></p><p><em>Applicants must be available to work any shift between 6:15 AM and 12:30 AM, Monday through Sunday.</em></p><p>Job Type: Part-time</p><p>Pay: From $15.70 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Store discount</li></ul><p>Ability to commute/relocate:</p><ul><li>Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Retail sales: 1 year (required)</li><li>Supervising: 1 year (required)</li></ul><p>Licence/Certification:</p><ul><li>CannaSell License (preferred)</li></ul><p>Work Location: In person</p>
