A little about the role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone eager to launch their career in digital marketing within a fast-paced, agency environment. In this role, you'll support the paid media team across key areas including strategy development, campaign execution, and performance reporting on platforms like Search, Display, and Social.

Every day brings something new whether it's assisting in campaign launches, pulling performance data, or helping brainstorm fresh ideas for client strategies. It's the perfect role for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, loves learning, and wants to build hands-on experience across a variety of clients and industries. The right candidate is curious, data-driven, and eager to learn. You naturally ask questions, seek to understand not just whats happening in a campaign but why it's happening, and enjoy digging into performance metrics to uncover insights. Whether analyzing data, supporting campaign setup, or reporting on performance, you approach each task with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in how paid media drives business impact.

Candidates must be located in the Calgary area.

A little about you

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 02 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a related internship or entry-level role
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team setting
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Things that will greatly improve your candidacy:

  • Prior performance agency experience
  • Google Ads Certified in Search, Display, Shopping, and Video
  • Microsoft Ads Certified
  • Facebook Certified
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • Experience setting up analytics and conversion tracking (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager)
