<p><strong><u>Agent Methodes</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dont la responsabilité est de concrétiser les rêves des ingénieurs dans l'usine. En effet, l'équipe commence par étudier les plans fournis par les ingénieurs, puis définit les méthodes de fabrication et sélectionne les machines qui seront utilisées dans l'usine. Vos tâches quotidiennes seront donc les suivantes :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Examiner les plans techniques afin de valider le processus de fabrication de la pièce ;</li><li>Définir la stratégie de fabrication (procédés utilisés, séquencement, etc.) ;</li><li>Commander l'outillage nécessaire, collaborer avec l'équipe de conception d'outils ;</li><li>Rédiger les routines de fabrication ;</li><li>Assurer le support technique des lignes de production ;</li><li>Participer à l'achat des équipements de fabrication ;</li><li>Gérer les projets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Compétences requises</u></strong></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><ul><li>0 à 3 ans d'expérience.</li><li>Une formation universitaire en génie mécanique ou en fabrication aérospatiale est requise (ou une expérience équivalente).</li><li>Le candidat doit être citoyen canadien ou résident permanent.</li><li>Le candidat doit avoir été resident depuis les 5 dernieres années consécutives.</li><li>Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.</li><li>Connaissance des processus et des normes de fabrication aérospatiale (série ISO 9000, MIL-Std, ASME Y14.5).</li><li>La connaissance/compréhension du GD&T est un atout requis.</li><li>L'expérience dans l'usinage de pièces est un atout requis.</li><li>La maîtrise de l'environnement MS365 est essentielle/requise.</li><li>Développement d'ensembles de données d'ingénierie</li><li>Capacité à créer, analyser et identifier les annotations requises sur les dessins 2D.La capacité à lire et à interpréter les dessins 2D est requise.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Autres compétences </u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Une expérience en tant qu'agent méthodologique ou programmeur CN est un atout important.</li><li>Expérience avec Catia V5 et travail dans un environnement Enovia</li><li>Une expérience dans la préparation d'instructions de travail est fortement souhaitée</li><li>Une expérience dans la planification de processus, la révision ou l'élaboration de plans est souhaitée</li><li>La connaissance d'eCates (un logiciel de processus d'assemblage de fabrication) est un atout souhaité.</li><li>Une expérience dans le domaine du fonctionnement et du dépannage des moteurs à turbine et/ou de la fabrication et/ou de l'assemblage sera sérieusement prise en considération. Elle n'est pas obligatoire, mais serait considérée comme un atout MAJEUR.</li><li>Une expérience en FEA (analyse par éléments finis) est un atout souhaité.</li><li>Une expérience en outillage est un atout souhaité.</li><li>Les candidats ayant une expérience en modélisation 3D seront privilégiés (Catia et/ou SolidWorks).</li><li>La capacité à créer une nomenclature à partir du PLM est souhaitée.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Ce qu'il faut pour réussir</u></strong></p><p>Le candidat que nous recherchons est, comme nous, passionné par la fabrication. In fact, the team starts with the design received from engineering, then defines the manufacturing methods and selects the machines that will be used in the plant. Thus, your daily tasks will be :</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Review the engineering design to validate the manufacturing process of the part;</li><li>Define the manufacturing strategy (processes used, sequencing, etc.);</li><li>Order the required tooling, collaborate with the tool design team;</li><li>Write the manufacturing routines;</li><li>Technical support for production lines;</li><li>Participate in the purchase of manufacturing equipment;</li><li>Project management.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Required Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>0 -3 years of experience.</li><li>An academic background in mechanical engineering or aerospace manufacturing at the college or university level is required (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Candidate should be either Canadian citizen or a Permanent resident.</li><li>The candidate must have been a resident for the last 5 consecutive years.</li><li>Language proficiency in both French & English</li><li>Exposed to aerospace manufacturing processes and standards (ISO 9000 series, MIL-Std, ASME Y14.5)</li><li>GD&T exposure/understanding is a required asset</li><li>Machining part experience is a required asset</li><li>MS365 environment is essential/required</li><li>Development of engineering datasets:</li><li>Capable to build, analyze and identify markups required on 2D drawings. Being able to read and interpret the 2D drawings is required.</li></ul><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Desired Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience as a method agent or NC programmer is an important asset.</li><li>Catia V5 experience and working in Enovia environment</li><li>Work Instruction preparation experience is highly desired</li><li>Process Planning exposure, review or plan build up is desired</li><li>eCates knowledge (a manufacturing assembly process software) is a desired asset</li><li>Being exposed to turbine engine function and troubleshooting and/or manufacturing and/or assembling will be seriously considered is not required but would be considered a GREAT asse</li><li>FEA (Finite Element Analysis) experience is a desired asset</li><li>Tooling Experience is desired asset</li><li>3D modeling experience candidates will be preferred (Catia and/or SolidWorks)</li><li>Able to build a BOM from PLM is desired</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What you need to succeed</u></strong></p><p>The candidate we are looking for is, like us, passionate about manufacturing.
