<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>West End Medical Centre is seeking a Family Physician to provide Locum coverage forMarch - 2026.</p><p>Locum physicians provide coverage for family practices including inpatient and nursing home care as well as specialist hospital and office coverage as requested. Compensation includes a minimum daily income guarantee of $1200 for family physicians ($600 for half-day) with additional earnings if shadow billings exceed this amount. Travel expenses including kilometrage per diems accommodations (up to $300 per night) and airfare (up to $1500) are reimbursed along with travel time up to 10 hours per week. Licensing fees for CPSNS are covered and locum physicians may claim Facility On Call fees under specific conditions.</p>

<li>All applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)</li>
<li>All family physicians must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)</li>
<li>Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)</li>
