As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Service Technician to join our team.<br /><br /> Position Summary <br /><br />As the Lead Service Technician , you'll take the lead on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You'll also mentor an apprentice technician, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction across every job.<br /><br /> What You'll Do <br /><br /> Perform service calls and routine maintenance for residential and light commercial clients<br /> Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues<br /> Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints<br /> Guide and mentor an apprentice technician on service techniques and safety practices<br /> Document all service activities using our field service app<br /> Communicate with clients in a courteous and professional manner<br /> Recommend system upgrades or replacements when necessary<br /> Stay informed on emerging technologies and licensing requirements<br /> Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards<br /> Follow service standards and work instructions<br /> Perform other related duties as required<br /><br /> What You Bring <br /><br /> Licensed HVAC Technician<br /> G2 Gas License and 313D Refrigeration License<br /> 3-5 years of service experience<br /> Prior experience mentoring or supervising apprentices (preferred)<br /> Strong troubleshooting and communication skills<br /> Comfortable working in confined spaces and variable job site conditions<br /> Valid driver's license and clean driving record<br /><br /> Skills That Set You Apart <br /><br /> Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<br /> High level of integrity and accountability<br /> Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br /> Strong time management and organizational skills<br /> Sharp attention to detail<br /> Calm and effective under pressure<br /> Adaptable with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities<br /><br /> Working Conditions <br /><br /> Mostly indoor work at client locations with frequent travel within the region<br /> Physical tasks include lifting tools and parts (under 50 lbs)<br /> May involve working in confined spaces and tight timelines<br /><br /> Ready to Join the Team? <br />If you're a licensed HVAC professional looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
