About the Role
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Junior Call Centre Associate to support our marketing and customer engagement campaigns. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, marketing-led call centre environment. You will play a key role in representing the brand, supporting customer enquiries, and contributing to lead generation and campaign success. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in line with marketing campaigns
- Engage customers to promote products, services, and brand initiatives
- Support lead generation and appointment setting activities
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and outcomes
- Support campaign tracking and performance reporting
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging
