Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Perform routine service and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with accuracy and efficiency
- Repair or replace defective parts and test systems for proper functionality
- Provide professional, customer-focused service while addressing client concerns
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all service calls and repairs performed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid HVAC certification or license (as required in (Province/State))
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Commission pay
