The Blueprint
The People & Culture Manager, Business Partner, is a strategic advisor and cultural champion. You will partner with operational and corporate leaders to align people strategies with business goals while delivering responsive, service‑focused HR support across the employee lifecycle.
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment and is passionate about driving engagement, building strong leader capability, and fostering an inclusive, values‑driven culture.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
- Advise and support leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, conflict resolution, and terminations
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning and talent decisions
- Strengthen consistency and compliance through policy governance and risk mitigation
- Build trusted relationships and act as a cultural ambassador across DPM sites and teams
- Improve programs across the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development and offboarding
- Support change management initiatives that elevate communication, team alignment, and operational success
- Shape and deliver clear, timely employee communication
The Architect of Your Success
- Post‑secondary education in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation (ESA, Human Rights Code, Employment Law)
- Broad HR experience: ER, recruitment, compensation, benefits, disability management, investigations, HRIS
- A proactive, collaborative problem‑solver with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to coach, influence, and advocate for both employees and leaders
- Experience with Dayforce or similar HRIS
- CHRP an asset
