Were looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, youll handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings, including high-rise condominiums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC and refrigeration piping systems.
- Perform start-up and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on a wide range of HVAC equipment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients on-site regarding service and maintenance updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of service performed.
- Keeping the company vehicle clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and relevant codes.
Qualifications:
- Valid 313A Refrigeration License.
- Valid G1 Gas Fitter license (preferred).
- Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades/STO.
- Proven experience working on high-rise condominium HVAC systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications (required).
- Valid Class G Drivers License with a clean driving record.
