THE ROLE

We're looking for a dedicated barista who values craft and hospitality. You'll join a skilled team focused on preparing top-quality beverages and building strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into leadership or specialized roles as we scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:

  • SCA certification or a minimum of 2 years' specialty coffee experience
  • Deep knowledge of specialty versus commercial coffee
  • Expertise in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and foundational latte art
  • Clear, confident communication to guide customers through our menu
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dial in and pull espresso shots to our established standards
  • Educate customers on brewing techniques, origin stories, and tasting notes
  • Keep workstations and equipment spotless and well-organized
  • Track and replenish inventory levels
  • Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Address feedback promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
