<p>Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.</p>

<p><strong>Location: </strong>Mississauga, ON</p>

<p><strong>Shift: </strong>Afternoon: 2pm to 10:30pm</p>

<p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$22.65 per hour</p>

<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Operates various electric Powered Industrial Trucks (e.g., Order Picker, Reach Truck, Rider Jack, Sit-Down Forklift) to move, deliver, and organize merchandise and materials throughout the warehouse or distribution center.</p>

<li>
<p>Uses machinery to lift, stack, and transport products (up to 50 lbs), ensuring efficient handling and placement of inventory according to production schedules.</p>

<li>
<p>Completes daily equipment inspections and performs both forklift-driving and general warehouse tasks as needed to support multiple departments (e.g., receiving, shipping, returns, packing).</p>

<li>
<p>Adheres to all safety policies, company guidelines, and legal requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</p>

<li>
<p>Performs additional duties or projects assigned by leadership, including non-driving warehouse functions and potential reassignment to different departments based on business needs.</p>

<p><strong>What's Needed?</strong></p>

<p>Minimum of 1 year of Order Picker (Cherry Picker) experience required; Reach Truck or Forklift experience preferred.</p>

<li>
<p>Must possess a valid Forklift Certification.</p>

<li>
<p>Comfortable working at heights while using fall protection and other required PPE (protective footwear, high-visibility vest, etc.).</p>

<li>
<p>Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and adapt to varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and occasional after-hours work.</p>
