<strong>Position Overview:</strong><p></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and compassionate <strong>Registered Nurse preferably with experience in fluoroscopy-guided procedures</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to patient-centered care, and hands-on experience supporting fluoroscopy-guided diagnostics and interventions.</p><p><strong>Patient Assessment:</strong></p><li>Completes patient assessments, health teaching and care pre, during, and post fluoroscopy procedures </li><li>Assist physicians with image-guided interventions (ex. epidurals, radio frequency ablation, nerve blocks, joint injections).</li><li>Monitors patient vital signs, pain and symptoms pre, intra and post procedures </li><li>Monitors patients and provides emergency assistance as necessary </li><li>IV and venipuncture skills </li><li>Educate patients and families regarding medical procedures and post-care instructions.</li><li>Documents nursing care and patient status in the electronic medical record (EMR).</li><p><strong>Fluoroscopy Procedure Support:</strong></p><li>Maintains sterile fields </li><li>Assists the physician and MRT as required </li><li>Adheres to radiation safety protocols and participates in radiation safety training </li><li>Enjoys a fast-paced environment </li><li>Comfortable wearing lead aprons, dosimeters </li><li>PRP preparation </li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></p><li>Works closely with Physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Participates in quality improvement, safety initiatives and mentoring of new staff as required </li><li>Willingness to work in other clinics as required </li><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><li><strong>Education:</strong> Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BScN preferred.</li><li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or equivalent provincial Current Professional Liability program certificate </li><li><strong>Certifications:</strong> BLS </li><li><strong>Experience:</strong></li><li>Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience.</li><li>Experience in a clinic managing adverse events and /or hospital emergency setting is strongly preferred</li><li>At least 6 months of experience in a fluoroscopy or interventional radiology setting is strongly preferred.</li><br /><br /><p><strong>Compensation details:</strong> 28-35 Hourly Wage</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><p>PIbb7f1a9a2ba0-34600-38936492</p>
