Creative Producer


We’re looking for a Creative Producer to bring a strong creative and storytelling lens to content production within our client's in-house team in Montreal. This role blends strategy, creative planning, and production leadership and is ideal for someone who loves shaping stories and ensuring every shoot delivers long-term value across channels.


You’ll own the creative thinking behind production defining what stories to tell, how to tell them, and how content is activated across digital, social, events, and brand platforms. You won’t be behind the camera day-to-day, but you’ll lead projects from concept to final asset, ensuring no shoot is ever just a shoot.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop content strategies and creative concepts aligned with brand priorities and campaigns
  • Identify lifestyle storytelling opportunities in real-world environments
  • Plan productions holistically to support multiple outputs across website, social, events, and campaigns
  • Shape narratives through scripting, outlines, and storyboards
  • Lead creative pre-production, including defining deliverables, building shot lists, and briefing photographers, videographers, and creators
  • Provide creative direction during key moments of production (on location or remotely)
  • Ensure each shoot captures a complete content ecosystem: hero assets, video, detail shots, BTS, and short-form content
  • Partner with creative and marketing teams to activate content across channels and ensure assets are reusable
  • Own the creative approach for Instagram and TikTok, guiding formats, narratives, and series development
  • Review content performance and apply learnings to continuously improve future productions
  • onsite in Great Montreal area


What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative production, content strategy, or campaign planning
  • Strong storytelling instincts and experience shaping narratives from real-world moments
  • Hands-on experience planning shoots and working cross-functionally
  • Solid understanding of Instagram and TikTok as storytelling platforms
  • Strong project management skills and comfort managing multiple productions
  • Strategic mindset with curiosity for design, spaces, and the people behind the work
  • Strong campaign analysis skills to assess performance and measure success against objectives


Nice to Have

  • Experience with social-first video or campaign-driven storytelling
  • Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Airtable, or Canva
  • Background in design, architecture, home improvement, or B2B storytelling
  • French fluency
