A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Law Clerk
with
4+ years of experience
to join its growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex files with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and review pleadings, affidavits, motion records, and discovery materials
  • Assist with case management, trial preparation, and document production
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries for counsel
  • Manage deadlines, court filings, and scheduling across multiple matters
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court offices
  • Support lawyers in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a litigation law clerk in a commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures and Rules of Civil Procedure
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
