Job Summary

YQR Foot Care and Home Care is a locally owned Regina home care company seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Aide to provide in-home personal care services throughout Regina. Both full-time hours (30–40 hrs per week) and part time hours (up to 20 hrs per week) are available with competitive pay. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping seniors and adults maintain independence in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe techniques
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Offer medication reminders (non-administration)
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care provided and report changes in client condition
• Travel to client homes within Regina

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, personal care, long-term care, or community care preferred
• Care Aide, Personal Support Worker (PSW), Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or similar training
• CPR & First Aid certification preferred
• WHMIS Certification an asset
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes
