Job Title: Welding Instructor – MIG, TIG & Stick

Location: Mississauga, ON

About Us:

Onsite Weldforce Corporation is a professional welding training school located in Mississauga, dedicated to equipping students with hands-on skills and practical knowledge to succeed in the trades. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Welding Trainer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct students in MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), and Stick (SMAW) welding techniques
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on training
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure all safety protocols and welding standards are strictly followed
  • Prepare students for industry certifications and job readiness
  • Maintain welding equipment and training area in excellent condition

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick)
  • Prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred
  • CWB Certification
  • Red Seal endorsement it is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to student success and safety
