Web Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Web Systems Analyst to support a wide range of IT initiatives planned for 2026 across multiple business units. This role is responsible for enhancing, configuring, and supporting existing applications while preparing for future technology projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, advanced scripting capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, user‑focused solutions.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Support and administer SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 site collections
- Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, permissions, lists, libraries, and related components
- Design and implement SharePoint‑based solutions that align with business requirements and governance standards
- Build and deploy Power Apps to automate workflows and enhance user efficiency
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows integrated with Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
- Apply governance, security, and compliance best practices across supported systems
- Create thorough documentation, including technical designs, solution guides, and support procedures
- Participate in or support migration activities related to SharePoint Online
- Deliver a positive and professional customer service experience to business teams and end users
- A 4‑year degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a 2‑year diploma in Computer Engineering / Systems Technology
- 5+ years of professional experience in web application operations
- Strong PowerShell scripting abilities for migration, system management, and automation
- Hands‑on experience supporting SharePoint 2019 solutions, including InfoPath and SharePoint Designer
- Proven capabilities in building modern solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365
- Ability to interpret business requirements and design effective SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience coordinating and supporting migration activities or large‑scale solution transitions
- Familiarity with structured methodologies and best practices in web systems support
