Be a part of our mission to make quality office furniture more accessible and affordable.</p><strong>About the Opportunity</strong><p>The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, preparation, and dispatch of commercial office furniture.</p><p>This role is highly hands-on, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. Associates are key to keeping inventory flowing smoothly and ensuring our clients receive their furniture in perfect condition.</p><strong>About the Deliverables</strong><p><strong>Receiving & Inventory</strong></p><ul><li>Unload trucks and containers, verify paperwork, and inspect items for damage.</li><li>Tag, store, and organize furniture by project or warehouse zone.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and full inventories; keep WMS updated.</li></ul><p><strong>Order Fulfillment</strong></p><ul><li>Pick, stage, and prepare items according to project pull lists.</li><li>Wrap, pad, and load furniture safely for delivery.</li><li>Assist with mini-deliveries and disposal removal as required.</li></ul><p><strong>Returns & Damaged Items</strong></p><ul><li>Segregate and label returned/damaged goods clearly.</li><li>Report issues to the Warehouse Manager for resolution.</li></ul><p><strong>Equipment, Safety & Housekeeping</strong></p><ul><li>Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely; complete daily checks.</li><li>Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse and comply with all PPE/safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>End-of-Day Support</strong></p><ul><li>Confirm orders staged for next day.</li><li>Update systems and provide a handoff to the Manager on any discrepancies.</li></ul><br /><strong>About You</strong><p>Our ideal candidate brings…</p><ul><li>1–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience (furniture/home goods preferred).</li><li><strong>Valid Forklift Operator License</strong> (required).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely.</li><li>Driver’s licence; access to a van is an asset for mini-<span >deliveries/disposals.</span></li><li>Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><br /><strong>About The Way We Work</strong><p>An inclusive working environment and a vibrant company culture are at the heart of Verve.
