And we’re just getting started!</p><p></p><strong>The Role</strong><p>As <strong>Vice President of Demand Generation</strong>, you’ll lead Solink’s global pipeline engine—owning strategy, execution, and measurement across all inbound and outbound marketing channels. You’ll be responsible for <strong>driving predictable, scalable pipeline growth</strong> across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise segments.</p><p>You will oversee a growing team across digital marketing, field and partner marketing, and marketing operations—setting the vision for how Solink attracts, engages, and converts customers through integrated programs, performance marketing, and account-based strategies.</p><p>This is a highly strategic, data-driven leadership role that sits at the center of <strong>Solink’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy</strong>, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Finance to ensure strong alignment and ROI.</p><p></p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><p><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build and execute Solink’s global <strong>demand generation strategy</strong> aligned to revenue targets, pipeline goals, and GTM priorities.</p></li><li><p>Define the investment framework and performance model for demand generation across segments and channels.</p></li><li><p>Partner with Revenue Strategy & Analytics to forecast pipeline outcomes, CAC, and ROI by program and vertical<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Pipeline & Program Ownership</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead integrated campaigns across <strong>digital, ABM, field, and partner marketing</strong> to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline.</p></li><li><p>Oversee enterprise-level motions (Global 2000 targets) and scaled mid-market campaigns.</p></li><li><p>Build predictable lead-to-revenue funnels across all demand channels.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior managers (Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Digital).</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with <strong>Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps</strong> to ensure seamless lead flow, campaign alignment, and pipeline accountability.</p></li><li><p>Drive enablement and messaging consistency across all marketing touchpoints.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Analytics, Insights & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own performance metrics and dashboards for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, conversion rates, and ROI.</p></li><li><p>Partner with the Revenue Analytics team to model outcomes and optimize budget allocation by segment and channel.</p></li><li><p>Leverage <strong>AI-driven tools</strong> for personalization, targeting, and efficiency at scale.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Executive Visibility & Influence</strong></p><ul><li><p>Serve as the executive voice of demand generation at Solink—presenting insights, performance trends, and forecasts to the C-suite and Board.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Product and Customer Success leadership on lifecycle marketing and expansion initiatives.</p></li></ul><strong>What You Bring</strong><p><strong>Must-Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>10–15 years in <strong>B2B SaaS demand generation</strong>, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.</p></li><li><p>Proven success <strong>scaling global pipeline programs</strong> and achieving predictable revenue growth.</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in multi-channel demand generation (digital, ABM, events, content, outbound).</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>HubSpot</strong>, <strong>Salesforce</strong>, and advanced <strong>marketing analytics tools</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong financial acumen—comfortable managing large budgets and modeling ROI.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.<br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice-to-Have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in hybrid hardware-software or physical-digital product ecosystems.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with AI or predictive analytics in marketing automation and targeting.</p></li><li><p>Background in security, SaaS, or multi-location B2B verticals.</p></li></ul><p></p><strong>Security Requirements</strong><ul><li><p>Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;</p></li><li><p>Be a Canadian or American Citizen, or eligible to work in Canada or the United States.</p></li><li><p>Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.</p></li></ul><strong>Compensation</strong><p>At Solink, we’re committed to a simple and transparent approach to compensation.
