Shape the Future of Reforestation – Executive Role, 2026 Commitment

MiON Forest is pioneering a breakthrough solution for ecological restoration: the world's first integrated tree-planting drone system. We are moving rapidly from R&D to operational deployment, and we need a dedicated, entrepreneurial leader to drive our core R&D into the field.

Location & Commitment

• Location: Toronto/Hamilton, Canada OR Seoul, Korea
• Work Arrangement: This role requires a strong in-person presence (at least 30%) for R&D oversight and team leadership.
• Role Type: Full-time, Executive Leadership
• Compensation: Significant Equity Ownership + Milestone-Based Stock Options (Thorough compensation upon securing capital)
• Commitment: We are seeking a visionary engineer ready to commit for at least the full year of 2026 to this critical environmental mission.

What You Will Lead (R&D & Team)

You will serve as the top Engineering Executive, leading all technical development.

• Integrated Engineering: Lead the full technical stack, combining mechanical, mechatronics, and software/AI for our planting drones and smart-planting systems.
• System Deployment: Take prototypes (seedling shooters and drone modules) out of the lab and into real-world operational deployment.
• Strategic Roadmap: Define technical milestones and manage resources, aligning R&D goals with business and ecological objectives.

• Technical Versatility: Proven ability to lead and contribute across mechanical systems, actuation/controls, and software/AI integration (aerospace background is a strong plus).
• Leadership: Experience building and mentoring technical teams.
