This role is perfect for students, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income in a fun, seasonal environment</p><p>Position Summary Tractor Driver</p><p>Do you enjoy working outdoors, love the fall season, and have experience operating tractors? Pingle's Farm is looking for experienced Tractor Drivers to join our team and help create a safe, smooth, and fun wagon ride experience for our guests visiting the pick-your-own fields. This is an existing position.</p><p>Please send your resume & cover letter to </p><p>What You'll Do:</p><p>● Operate tractors safely to transport guests to and from our pick-your-own fields</p><p>● Coordinate with fellow drivers to maintain timely wagon ride rotations</p><p>● Ensure the safety of all guests during loading, riding, and unloading</p><p>● Greet riders with a friendly attitude and assist with any questions</p><p>● Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any issues</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>● Mandatory: Prior experience driving tractors</p><p>● Valid driver's license required</p><p>● Team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude</p><p>● Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working outdoors in all weather</p><p>● Able to follow safety protocols</p><p>● Weekend and holiday availability during the fall season is essential</p><p>● Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented</p><p>Why Join Us?</p><p>● Be part of a fun, energetic fall team</p><p>● Work in a scenic farm setting</p><p>● Staff perks like cider, snacks, and more</p><p>● Opportunity to create lasting memories for families and visitors</p><p>Work Environment:</p><p>This is an active, outdoor role with varying weather conditions.
