This position is ideal for someone with payroll or accounting experience who’s looking to gain hands-on exposure in a supportive and collaborative environment.</p><p>The Payroll Associate will assist with payroll functions for both BC and Montreal locations. While this role does not involve full-cycle payroll processing, it plays a key part in supporting the team to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the payroll team.</li><li>Assist with payroll documentation, reports, and employee records.</li><li>Help ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll-related activities.</li><li>Act as a reliable backup for the primary payroll contact when required.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Accounting to maintain seamless payroll coordination.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in payroll or accounting is preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Comfortable handling confidential information.</li><li>Experience with ADP or Workforce is an asset (training provided).</li><li>PCP certification not required.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p>#LI-SR</p><p><strong>#INDSTRIVE3</strong></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
