<p>We are seeking an experienced Sr. Structural Engineer with bridge experience to join the team of our exclusive client a leader in Engineering. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Apply 15+ years of experience in structural engineering to lead and manage projects from design to completion.</li>
<li>Supervise and coordinate the production of design drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency with the Ontario Building Code, Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code (mandatory), and standards for concrete, steel, and wood structure design.</li>
<li>Lead design processes using software tools such as AutoCAD and Microstation.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections and fulfill contract administration duties during the construction phase.</li>
<li>Review contractor shop drawings and ensure quality control.</li>
<li>Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to support project success.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred).</li>
<li>Valid Class G Ontario Driver's License.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in designing Bridge, concrete, steel, and wood structures.</li>
