<p>Akkodis is seeking a Specialised IT Consultant for a Contract position with a client located in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants who provide the services of tier 2 and 3 support for CAD application, Hexagon, OnCall Analytics application, with some exposure to 911 integration with CAD.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position: Specialised IT Consultant</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in providing tier 2 and 3 support for CAD application (Dev/UAT/Training environments) and CAD Business Intelligence application.</li><li>Extensive experience working with the Hexagon, JTS and OPTIC agencies' IT and business resources to support the I/CAD application and the OnCall Analytics application.</li><li>Knowledge of the police dispatch process</li><li>Knowledge of 911 integration with CAD</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of working experience with Hexagon's I/CAD application.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of the OPTIC CAD business requirements, configuration and setup.</li><li>Extensive experience working with the Hexagon, JTS and OPTIC agencies' IT and business resources to support the I/CAD application and the OnCall Analytics application.</li><li>Experience providing tier 2 & 3 support for the CAD application.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting network issues.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.</li></ul>
