We are an international company focused in Canada and the US with partners and clients across North America. We are a very small team with a start up mentality.</p><p></p><p>Position Description Name: Software Sales and Support</p><p>Location: HRM (Work from Home)</p><p>Salary + Commission Role</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>Note; this position will be starting as a fill-in for a current employee going on maternity leave, but will turn into a permanent additional sales representative based on performance.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Software Sales and Support role will be to work with potential clients to adopt voice dictation or AI Scribe software into their clinic (medical <strong>and</strong> veterinary fields). This diverse role will see you working closely with clients to train them on using our various softwares, as well as seeking out new clients through cold outreach, performing demos over video calls and selling the product. Some experience in sales is required.</p><p><br /></p><p>Necessary skills:</p><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>Confident working with computers and various software applications</li><li>Experience using a CRM</li><li>Excellent phone skills.</li><li>Strong organizational ability, and attention to detail</li><li>Eager to learn and try new tools</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication in English</li><li>Patient and adaptable</li><li>Post secondary education in a relevant industry is an asset</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English is a must</li><li>Knowledge of veterinary clinic workflows and/or medical clinic workflows is an asset</li><li>Previous experience in software sales or pharmaceutical sales is a strong asset</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Product training for new clients</li><li>Respond to sales phone line</li><li>Respond to product inquiry emails</li><li>Seek and Reach out to potential clients</li><li>Perform free trial on-boarding sessions and training with the software</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Additional responsibilities may be required.
