<p>JTPM Group Inc. is hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew Leader and Crew Member positions this upcoming snow season. We're looking for reliable team members who are available 24/7 during snow events — including overnights, weekends, and holidays.</p><p>Our sidewalk crews play a key role in keeping commercial properties safe and accessible by ensuring walkways, entrances, and stairs are cleared and treated throughout winter conditions.</p><p>About JTPM Group Inc.</p><p>JTPM Group Inc. is a Hamilton-based property maintenance company offering landscaping and snow removal services. We specialize in commercial site management with a focus on safety, professionalism, and reliability.</p><p>What You'll Do</p><p>As part of the sidewalk crew, your responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li>Clearing snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and building entrances</li><li>Applying salt or de-icing products</li><li>Operating equipment such as snow blowers, shovels, spreaders, and sidewalk machines</li><li>Performing pre- and post-operation checks on equipment</li><li>Following assigned site routes and reporting completion</li><li>Working efficiently in all weather conditions during storm events</li><li>Maintaining communication with your supervisor throughout your shift</li></ul><p>Crew Leaders will also:</p><ul><li>Organize and direct crew members on site</li><li>Handle check-ins, salt loading, and tool gathering before dispatch</li><li>Monitor crew safety and performance</li><li>Communicate with dispatch or supervisors during shifts</li><li>Submit accurate time logs and site reports</li></ul><p>What We're Looking For</p><ul><li>Minimum 1–2 years of snow removal or outdoor work experience preferred</li><li>Previous leadership or crew supervision experience (Crew Leader role)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors for extended hours in winter weather</li><li>Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract is an asset</li><li>Must be available 24/7 during the season, including overnights and weekends</li><li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable using mobile tools or apps for job tracking (training provided)</li></ul><p>Why Work With Us?</p><ul><li>Competitive pay: $20–$34/hour (based on experience and role)</li><li>Opportunities for returning seasonal work</li><li>Organized routes and efficient dispatch process</li><li>Team-oriented environment with strong communication</li><li>Tools and equipment provided</li><li>Leadership opportunities for those with experience</li></ul><p>Details</p><ul><li>Job Type: Part-time, Full-time, On-call, Seasonal</li><li>Season Duration: November 15 – April 15</li><li>Service Areas: Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville</li><li>Base Location: Hamilton</li></ul><p>Apply Now</p><p>If you're ready to take on the winter season with a reliable, safety-first team, we'd love to hear from you.
